POLI-FLEX® TURBO is a polyurethane transfer film equipped with a special hotmelt for fast application at low temperature.
is suitable for transfer to textiles like cotton, polyester, uncoated nylon, mixtures of polyester-cotton and polyester-acrylic.
Transfer Conditions 2,5 - 3,0 bar [medium pressure] 130 °C, 5 sec. / 150 °C, 4 sec. / 160 °C, 3 sec.
For application to nylon: 2,0 bar [low pressure] 150 °C, • Pre Heat 5 sec. • Apply to Nylon 5 sec. • Remove PET liner, cover transfer with silicon paper & apply for further 10 sec.
