The new Grando GD4000-Y302/Y402 DTF MAX is a complete production system for heat transfer prints, suitable for a huge variety of applications!
By printing directly onto film and automatically applying the special adhesive to the transfer, it opens access to markets previously served only by screen printing!

The GRANDO GD4000-Y302/Y402 DTF MAX delivers EXCELLENT and CONSISTENT printing at high speeds, thanks to 2 Epson i1600-A1 printheads, with a total of 3200 nozzles. These printheads offer the same robustness and reliability as the i3200 series used in the DTF-D602E/GD-604E models, and have proven their consistent performance and long-term durability in hundreds of high-volume production environments.
It supports roll media up to 45 cm wide, with a maximum print width of 42 cm.
It features an advanced automatic powder application and drying system with automatic tensioner and take-up reel.
The GRANDO GD4000-Y302 DTF MAX completes the process quickly and efficiently, while the automatic roll-up system delivers your transfers dry, ready, and neatly rolled.
The consumables used are of premium quality, ensuring stable printer performance, excellent print quality, and especially vibrant transfer colors, while also providing great durability in the final result!
